Eliab Sandoval Music (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers exclusively digital products, including sheet music, piano arrangements, transcriptions, and related downloadable materials (collectively, the “Products”). This Refund & Returns Policy governs all purchases made through www.eliabsandovalmusic.com.
By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Product has been purchased, the download link and/or file access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, revoked, or recovered.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:
We encourage all customers to carefully review each product page, including previews, samples, page counts, and format specifications, before completing a purchase.
Notwithstanding Section 2, we will provide a replacement file or, at our sole discretion, a full refund in the following circumstances:
If the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, or otherwise technically defective and cannot be resolved through a replacement download, you are entitled to a replacement file or a full refund.
If the file you received does not correspond to the Product purchased — for example, a different title, arrangement, or instrumentation than the one listed at checkout — we will promptly deliver the correct file or, if the correct file cannot be provided, issue a full refund.
To be eligible under either exception, requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date and must include the order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue (screenshots or error messages are helpful).
If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing a Product, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most access issues can be resolved quickly by reissuing the download link. We are committed to ensuring that every customer successfully receives the Product they purchased.
All Products are protected by copyright and are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or specified use only. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or public sharing of any file is strictly prohibited.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this Policy and may result in the immediate revocation of all license rights, the suspension of the associated customer account, and the forfeiture of access to all previously purchased Products.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such law grants you a right to withdraw from a purchase, please note that by completing checkout and accessing the digital file, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
